Forensic DNA Expert Witness Services

In his 28-year forensic science career Founder Mehul B. Anjaria has seen the front lines of all sides of the criminal justice system and now enjoys the challenge of bridging science and law. He is a member of the Panel of Expert Witnesses of the County of Los Angeles Superior Court. In 2009 he founded MBA DNA Consulting, LLC to assist criminal defense/civil attorneys and Pro Per inmates struggling with complicated forensic DNA issues in their cases. His previous experience includes serving as a DNA Technical Leader in a law enforcement crime laboratory and co-founding and directing the first DNA laboratory in California accredited under ISO/IEC standards. In 2017 he began working as a consultant on post-conviction cases.

Mehul B. Anjaria has testified as a DNA expert in state and federal courts and has been deposed in civil and criminal matters. He leverages his exceptional ability to distill down complicated forensic DNA issues to their essence to deliver practical forthright opinions to his clients.
